You aren't using the correct WPA login and password to connect to it. BT Openzone's are the name suggest is an open connection with no encryption, therefore is no need for any special credentials.

These will be the same as your home Wi-Fi settings. Normally this will be the password part only.

Is you wifi router a netgear?

Also have you swithced the router of and on?

Since IO6 on the iphones, Wifi is some what flakey on Netgear routers. and Wifi in general isnt brill since IOS 6 as well. (Its well published all over the internet and Apple Forums)

Few points to try though.

Make sure the router has the latest firmware.

Check to make sure the security is set to WPA2 and not mixed.

Another thing to try is when you can see the wifi on your phone, click on the arrow next to it and choose forget this network, then try to reconnect with your password.

Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.
Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

Some owners experienced issues when updating to 6.0.1 and apple have tried to resolve this by the 6.0.2.

Their are steps to follow on trying to resolve wifi issues such as forgetting the network in your iPhone and then re setting it up.

Lots of info on the net on other resolutions too.

Hope you get thus sorted soon.
