when calling a land line, they can hear me but i can't hear them !!

I have two iphone 4S's both have different number's when I dial out to a land line they can hear me but I can't hear them this happens with both phones, If I call my other moblie phone moblie to moblie it will ring but cant hear anything on either phone, this only happens O2 to O2 If I call any moblies on another networks same thing they can hear me but I can't hear them, when you dial out although it's ringing on the called phone you can't hear it ringing/dialing on the phone your making the call from, every thing else works fine ie texts/ emails has anyone else had this problem ???? Thank's.........

Are you using the native phone app to call or Tugo?
