hi

i have lost all volume on my iphone 4s. it will ring. but i have no volume for messages . whatsap . listening to you tube . keypad tones .  if i try to turn volume up it says headphones ? they are not connected and have never been used !

Hi has any water got into the headphone connector give it a good hard blow out it could be something stuck in there bridging the connections I had it once before let us know how you get on

Press the top power button and home button together at the same time until the apple logo appears then let go.

This will reset the iPhone and hopefully the issue will be gone.
