I recently purchased a iphone 5s and im on pay and go, i am unable to send Imessages or receive them when im not connected to Wi-Fi, i also can't go onto the internet with out Wi-Fi but i could do all this with my other Iphone.
anyone got any suggestions as to what is causing this? and how do i fix it?
really hope someone can help me!

If mobile data is switched on and you still can't access the internet on your phone, try resetting it
If still no luck, phone customer service to have your account checked

check in settings if mobile data is switched off, that might be the problem

These are the Apn settings for O2.

They are situated in ;
Settings , mobile , mobile data network.
Make sure 3G is toggled on.
Settings , mobile.
And to avoid £1 web daily charge ensure you have a data allowance in your tariff or a data bolt on applied.
Ref message.
Settings -imessage toggle it to on.
In the Send and Recieve.
Make sure a tick is against your number and e mail address.
WHERE it says start New Conversations from, make sure a tick is next to your mobile number.
Make sure your Apple I.d is at the top.
