unlocking a phone

Anybody know how ot get o2 to unlock a phone? I have tried the online form and got an automatic reply saying they could not find it but then you cant reply to the email.

I tried the onlien chat they found it and said it would be 48 hours, that did not happen, I tried the on line chat for gurus and they said it would take 7 days, that time is past and still not unlocked and now o2 on line chat seems to be down.

Anybody any suggestions on how I can unlock a iphone 5 s on o2?

Thx really appreciate any advice as o2 have been no help at all

As long as you have a o2 sim in the phone and the IMEI is showing correctly in My O2 then that is the quickest and easiest way to get it unlocked.

Check it's not already unlocked with another network sim too.
