You can unlock it yourself via your myo2

If on contract it can be done via MY O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If  PAYG customer it can be unlocked 12months after purchase

Just check the imei is correct for the phone you want to unlock. 

Ot will have been replaced with new phone if phone has been upgraded.
