unlimited internet

I have an iphone 4 which has 500mb internet. That is not alot since i use the internet alot.

I am on pay monthly.

Is there a way i could get more than that for free or can i get unlimited?

HEY

O2 offer 1GB not unlimited data they use offer it but they  pan low it to 1gb hope this help
