My iphone 4 says "no service" and apparently it needs unblocking. Anyone know how to do this?

Right ...with you! That was hard work
You need to follow the procedure in the link below, just fill in the form with your O2 details.

Is this a phone you have just aquired or has it just developed this problem?

I've put in a new sim card as I've changed contract. The new sim has been activated.

So have you transferred the number within the last 24 hours? Have you tried rebooting the phone? If you could give us the full rundown of exactly what you have done and tried someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

cheers. Had the iphone 4 a couple of years with O2. Very recently changed contract to T mobile and they provided a new sim which I've put into the iphone. I've obtained a PAC code and provided it to Tmobile. They've told me the number has now been changed over and the phone should work. It doesn't, with the message "No service". Tmobile advise me to contact O2 to unblock the phone and this should solve the problem. That's where I am now.
