two paymetns taken fro one ipad that i havent even bought yet

im trying to buy an ipad for myself and it didnt work on my phone yet it has taken two payments for the one ipad i wanted to order but didnt get through to check out only the payment check screen

You'll find one payment is pending which means O2 won't claim it and your bank will return it to you.

Your bank will return the funds from been pending in between 24hrs and 14days depending on your bank's processes.. 

There is nothing o2 can do, as they don't have your money.. If you need the funds back urgently then you will need to speak to your bank.
