what do i do next, now i have recieved a pay as you go Sim from O2, in order for me to get my old number back to my new iphone 6 on EE?

You need to ask O2 for your PAC. Simply give that to EE customer service and they will do everything for you.

Your only way to get your PAC is to call 4445 and ask customer service for it.
Then see EE help here http://ee.co.uk/help/getting-started/joining-ee/keeping-your-number
