top up and balance

hi there, i topped up £15 on saturday 4th march and everytime i text someone it comes back telling me how much credit i have left, i dismiss that one and then more keep coming up when im not even texting or using my phone so i now have little credit when it normally last me over a week. it has happened before to me and im not happy its doing it again.

 

can you help?

Hi @Anonymous Just contact customer services on 4445 and ask them to turn off notifications

Those messages are not taking your credit and can be turned off by calling 4445 and asking an agent to disable them.
Your credit is zero because the money was used to buy your allowances which are valid for 30 days.

i dont understand by how they're not taking my credit when they clearly are because i have as little as £1 something when it shouldnt be that low. its telling my my balance and then comes up again shortly after saying it lower but ive not sent any more text for that to be coming through. it has happened before.

If so turn it off.
