Have you set the time zone to London in settings , general, time and date.

Try a soft reset.

Holding the Top Sleep/Wake Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

This was in a website

Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
Turn the “Set Automatically” option to OFF
Plug the phone into your computer and sync it using iTunes.
Go back to the Date & Time options page and switch “Set Automatically” back to ON.

So if you set the time manually, the clock never advances from what you've set it too....?
am I reading that correctly?

This suggests a failure of the crystal oscillator so it would have to go in for repair http://www.witesomtesla.com/forums/topic/iphone-5-clock-doesnt-change-and-bluetooth-not-working/

How long have you had the phone? Has it been ok previously?

A sudden failure would point to a fault developing as above.
