Hi,

Why can't I send messages to a short 5 digit number. It returns a 'failed delivery'.

I have an iphone X.

Many thanks.

Sam.

You probably have a £0 spend cap on your account.
Call customer services on 0800 587 4005 and ask them to change it to £5 (or whatever suits you).

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Hi Marjo, thanks for your advice. I do have a zero cap and will try your solution.

However, I have used it before for premium numbers and donations for which I normally get charged.

I will certainly let you know the outcome.
