test

[ Edited ]

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me? I recently broke my iPhone 7, that was with Three, which resulted into my friend lending me her phone 7 plus that is with o2. My problem is I tried to set up this iPhone and put my SIM card in from my old phone to let me ring people but unfortunately it’s not letting me and is saying needed to contact o2,

just wondering if you could help me. Many thanks

Hi @becca_brown23 sounds like your phone needs unlocking https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
