1 Have you at any time agreed to the higher data limit of £120?
2 Has this straddled 2 billing periods?
3 Ring the free to call number and talk to o2 immediatly if neither of the above apply.

This is not a hike in data usage only 4mb more but a change in the billing ammount £120 for max 200mb instead of £40 for 50mb as apposed to £6 a mb base rate non eu.

If your on iOS7 you can check whats using data.
Settings > Mobile > shows each apps usage at the bottom.

@jonsie But then it would have reverted to 4mb used so far unless the counters at o2 have not reset and showing 54mb for £120 (which should only happen if higher data limit requested)
