Hi

i have a pay as you go phone with a standard size sim.i have purchased a new phone that requires a micro sim.will the balance be transferred if i do a simswap?

@Anonymous If you're able to go into an O2 store they will supply you with the correct sized sim and transfer your details and balance to the new sim for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
