I get this when I try and sign in, its happened to me for years. 

 

Contact number already associated with another user

 

Please help me log in to my 02

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
