Hi - I smashed my iphone 5 screen a day after I got it - I've sent it to o2 for repair and they have sent me a reconditioned phone as replacement. Does anyone know do they send the same spec?

Yes it should be like-for-like. Is there no charge for a damaged screen?

I'm assuming this was an insurance replacement which should be the same spec as the original phone.
