Utter and complete loss of signal at random times and places - cured by restart - turn off phone and turn on again.

This has never happened before to me.

Has anyone else had this happen and does anyone know the cause?

thanks

Mark

It could be a symptom of a failing sim card.

Call into your local O2 shop for a free sim swap.

Definitely get a new sim card, it's the first step in any fault issues.
