Is the o2 email address still working?
O2 email was sold off to Sky and they have only retained certain accounts (depending on changeover dates).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Are you getting any specific error type messages.

Try from another device.

If it won't allow you access then theirs a good chance the email account has been closed.
