If the phone doesn't ring at all its possible you have a sim fault or network problems in your area. Try cleaning the sim and reset the phone by holding the power and home buttons down until the Apple logo appears. Also check your postcode in the status link in my signature.

You could try turning coicemail off to see if that forces the call.
Turn off 1760.
Turn on 1750.
Also try General > Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Just a suggestion but have you turned 'do not disturb' on by mistake?
Is there like a half moon icon on the top of your phone?
Go to settings and click on 'do not disturb' and check that you haven't turned it on by mistake.

I had it turned on! Thanks for that - it was really beginning to annoy me. Although I did notice that I had enabled repeat calls and that wasn't working. Also, I had it set for only while the phone is locked and that didn't work either. I have turned off do not disturb and hope that will fix the problem. (iphone 5c)

Hi @luvabytes Welcome back. Thanks for updating even though it was nearly a year after the problem... (Obviously joking...lovely to hear from you again)
