paying for messages

Hi there,

On my lastest bill I paid an extra £0.46 for my messages. I can't understand why because I have unlimited usage on messages. Can someone help me realise what I have done to have to pay this extra £0.47?

It's happening every month ... I don't message people abroad so not sure why this is happening!

Thanks,

Quite possibly an MMS conversion.
See help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Accidental-MMS-Sending-and-How-to-Avoid-it...

Look in your myo2 for a breakdown of the charges. It is most likely an mms message as @MI5 has suggested
