o2 recycle broke?

hi all im trying to recycle my iphone 6 on o2 recycle but when i get to the putting my contact details in there is no button to get to the next stage, anyone else had this problem?

It's working OK for me on PC but I haven't tried on mobile

After inputting address on iPad I get a continue button bottom left but had do input my address manually postcode search did not work
