o2 Travel & Payment Change

Hello,

I'm travelling on business for 4 weeks across Abu Dhabi, New York, Los Angeles & Melbourne ... As apposed to travelling with a company phone, I want to travel with my personal phone, so, a couple of questions .. 

1) What's the best add-on to cover me calls/text/data wise for these countries? 

2) I want to alter the payment option for the 4 weeks, from my personal debit card, to my company credit card - so it pays for the above add-on - how easy is this to put into place?
