no phone service since upgrade

Since I upgraded to a new iphone on Saturday I have had no phone service whatsoever!!!  REally frustrated now.  6 phone calls and 2 SIMS and O2 still expect me to wait until the next 24 hours is up!  Is there actually another major technical issue for O2 or is this kind of service normal?

It's not cos you have lost signal with the SIM card is it?

Just made a call with no problems. Still showing full bars and o2 across the screen.

Very strange why it won't txt back

Might be because its processing the previous request still.

It wouldn't be able to send to a sim it sees as inactive.

Could well be Liquid.
Just had a message saying the old code had timed out and to get another, reply to the message. That failed to send too!
I owe you guys a beer when this gets sorted!

Restart your old phone see if it loses signal.
