Hi. Everything was working on my phone. I upgraded my sim only contract on the 5th specifying that I was on an iPhone. Now my data is not working I get there is no internet connection even though it is showing a 3G signal. I also notice that the visual voicemail has disappeared. Am I correct in thinking that the Idata Bolt on is missing from my account now? I can't view my bolt ons just now and how can I get it fixed with no one on live chat at the moment? Thanks

Yes it sounds like you have a standard data bolt on and need to change it to idata.

In the meantime, change the APNs to mobile.o2.co.uk and you should have internet access but won't get visual voicemail.

Thanks. I'll just leave it as is to save me changing everything back. I new that the upgrade going through quickly was to good to be true. Hopefully I will be able to get through to them soon.

Yes that's normal.
You should see the change request in your My O2.
