upgraded yesterday and "No Service" everytime i upgrade there ia always a problem, i am hanging on the phone at the moment at work - no live chat what is that all about

Can you not transfer your sim card to new phone?
or do a sim swap ?

Sounds like either put your current sim in if it fits or do a sim swap as advised
