I lost my iphone. I have gadget insurance policy. How do i make claim?

Contact 02 to stop your current sim and place an imei block on the phone.

Ask them for a replacement Sim Card.

I know you said "loss" but if indeed you meant theft then contact the police to log the theft and obtain a crime number.

Be aware lots of insurance policies don't cover the item if you have not taken reasonable care of the item whilst in a public place so word your conversation / claim form carefully !

As said check their t&c carefully.

Did you register the phone and the IMEI number with them? There should be a contact number in the event of a claim.
