ipone 4s emails

hi all, ive a iphone 4s on 3 [i know their crap] but im trying to use my o2 emails however it will only send when connected to wifi not 3g, this was never a problem when i had a iphone 4 and isnt a problem on my wifes iphone 4, ive tried other email addresses ie yahoo and they work but realy need my o2 emails to work propperly via 3g so any ideas greatfully welcome

Try using the following server settings.

Incoming: imap.three.co.uk

Outgoing: smtp.three.co.uk

Sorry for sounding dim but where abouts do I put these and how as it just sits saying verifying so figure I'm going wrong somewhere

settings/mail,contacts,calendar/ and then click on your account and then account again.

That should allow you to see the server settings.
