Hi since at the moment seem to be getting nowhere with 02 customer service thought id try here.
My iphone charger cable has went a brownish tint at both sides and split completely at the top where it connects to the phone, presumably from the heat. I have tried another cable and it seems to be doing the same discolouration. So is this the chargers or is there something wrong with the phone too? It has left me wary of using it especially with stories of someone in china being electrocuted by an iphone.
Its an iphone 3GS by the way. Can you tell me the next step to report this, 02 support seems all over the place at the moment.

Im sure 02 Store Staff will not open a new unit as they will want to protect their stock, but we all know they will probably have these knocking around in the store room from returns etc.
I would be really disappointed if you had to walk out of an Apple Store without one too.
They really pride themselves on providing the best Customer Support in its market place.
As long as you are right with them they usually return the favour !
