I've just called, and I don't think she had any idea what she was talking about. Firstly she told me it was out of stock, then told me I would recieve it tomorrow, she then gave me a 5pm-6pm timeslot, yet didnt know who was delivering it or have a tracking number.

I just called customer service but they looked at my account and didn't have any information at all aside from "You will receive a notification when it is dispatched".

 

Seems a bit silly to promise release day delivery but then fail to notify someone the day before. I've booked the day off so hope they actually turn up otherwise it's a waste of my annual leave.

 

I guess the volumes of orders to fulfil at the warehouses must be insane.

For what it's worth to others, my order still says In Progress on My O2 but my UK Mail tracking has now sprung to life and has two updates, albeit in a strange order...
