It's a known problem with Tesco mobile phones, no idea why though.

still no text or email i ordered as soon as it came on pre order on website surely it comes on first order basis !!! 24 hours and the phone should be at my door otherwise why order things online ? if i pre ordered it in the shop it would be there waiting for me.... first time with o2 hope im not going to be disapointed with my choice

I'm waiting for delivery info too and I'm sure a lot of other people r aswell. No need to worry yet as its only just the start of the business day...

All I get is 'sorry this information is not available' I am just going to wait, I have the confirmation email from 08:48 on 12th (as it took me an hour to order!) and I fly to America on Tuesday so I am sat with an empty 6s plus case and my fingers crossed! Bouncy
