Getting really annoyed. My iphone battery is cutting out and stalling way before reaching zero. In fact ive never seen it hit zero or 1 or 2 %. I only got it in april.
Took it into the apple store they told me a replacement battery would cost £200 and not covered by warranty.
Took it to the 02 store where I signed the contract and they told me it was a fault with apple and pretty much nothing they could do.
I now have a non mobile mobile-phone. any advice. pretty fed up if i'm honest,

I figured I'd call when I was at home and had the phone with me.

my phone battery lasted about 15 minutes of being on a 100% charge, before it cut out. So, I took it back into the local o2 store and showed them. They first told me I was holding the on button too hard. But then made them do it and they admitted that there was 'likely a fault' with the battery but I should go and speak to apple as there was nothing the 02 store could do for me. Despite it being under warranty
This is where I gave up. I bought a low brand crappy phone for £30 from carphone warehouse and put my sim card in. I now have a very expensive brick with an apple logo on it. Very stylish, but it does make a lovely paperweight.

Apparently they are supposed to be releasing a software update to fix it this week.

Hmm.. surely not. Apple vehemently detached themselves from this being their issue. I wonder if I'll get an apology?
