unfortunately phone on ly 4 months old and dropped down the toilet.if i want to upgrade can i still get the same phone and keep discount given please

Unfortunately you would have to apply for or negotiate the discount again.
Depending on your discount, it may be more cost effective to replace phone elsewhere and just continue with your tarrif.
