iphone 5s microphone/call problems?

Hello, not sure what to do but I seem to be having issues with my 5s, can hear people fine on the call but they can't hear me or can barely hear me, it's a new phone so there's no dirt or anything clogging, there's no case getting in the way etc, I can hear a lot of static too when in the call, has anyone else had this issue?

Hi.


Is this happening with everyone you call.

Perhaps it's the other persons phone with the issue.

CHeck your mast Service Status to ensure all is Ok.

Also try switching off 3G in your phones settings to see if this improves.

Try a reset of your iPhone by ;

Hold the Top Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

And or ;

Settings , General , Reset , Reset All Settings.

If these fail and it continues then you could book an appointment at your most local Apple Store Genius Bar to have the phone checked out under warranty.
