i am disgusted with o2 service, i upgraded over 24 hours ago, they have disconnected my old htc phone & still no service with my new iphone5 s, i have spent over 2 hours in live chat & still no further. i will be sending it back & changing providers.

Well it obviously hasn't gone through. You could try it yourself again or if close to an O2 shop pop in there and let them do it. (I did mine this way....10 minute job)

my nearest o2 shop is 20 miles away, i will try it again myself one last time as i cannot waste anymore time in live chat

You really need to call rather than use live chat tbh. Use a landlord borrow a friends phone if possible.

I can understand the frustration but surely returning the phone and switching providers is an even bigger FAFF than calling 202?

But, it's your prerogative to cancel within 14 days if you wish.
