Solved: iphone 5 Itunes app change of country

Hi

Can somebody help please. I recently tried to watch a new episode of The Vampire Diaries on my iPhone 5 and now my itunes app store is now only set to the US, it keeps telling me to change back to the UK store, but it fails to give me any clues on how to.

I don't want to click reset please can describe or film how to do it with out too much blood, sweat and tears.

Settings>iTunes &app store > click account and sign in. The option to change country is there:)
