Had my iphone 5 since launch and never had any problems until now, 3g has always worked at my home address and on the network coverage page its on 3g 900. But the last 4 weeks it never works. There are 3-4 bars and 3g is showing but it just gets stuck loading and never works. Ive called o2 customer services went through all the boring reset clean simcard malarky then got told to visit apple shop. They plugged my phone in and said theres no problem with it????? who do I believe ? The phone even gets stuck on 3g after I turn it off. Im paying a monthly contract for a phone that dont even have interent, really had enough of o2 and apple, last time I ever get one.

Good Morning,
I fully understand you have gone through some reset procedures.
Have you tried resetting Network Settings by going into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings.
Have you tried an alternative phone with your sim or thought about getting a new sim.
Another option is to replace your current Sim Card by picking up a blank Sim Card from your local 02 shop, or ask for one to be posted to you.
Then carry out the SwapMySim procedure.
I have included the link to do this.
Take into account it takes from approx 2 hours to 24 hours to fully activate, and by turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps to reset your services.
Even if your mast does show its working correctly if your still not achieving 3G you can still report it.

Check here with your full postcode to see if there is a problem with your local mast:
If it works ok away from home it suggests that a mast fault might be the problem.
