iphone 4s deleted pictures

Hi can anyone help me? my son has deleted all my pictures in my iphone 4s

is there a way i can find them again?

Have you backed up to itunes recently?

Or iCloud although they only stay there for a limited time.

iPhones back up the last 1000 photos on your camera roll to photo stream on iCloud ,this can be found on your iPhone in the photo app next to the album , or on a pc by logging into your iCloud account or on a mac in iPhoto .Unless they were manually deleted from photo stream too
