iphone 4 no service

well folks i recently changed from pay as you go to contract, although i cancelled my contract the next day since i changed my mind but now when i stick my pay and go sim into my phone it says no service can anyone tell me why this is? i just jope i dont have to change my number.. again 😞

Sounds like they are swapping the sim over. Give customer service a call and they should be able to sort it for you.

Try turning airplane mode on and off, and or go into Settings , General , Reset , Reset Network Settings if customer service confirm all is ok with your account.

i have a feeling they blocked both sim cards. if i were to top up would it go back to normal? i dont really like ringing customer services lol.

Yeah I tried resetting the network services but it still says no service 😞

Without asking to port back yo payg and activating a sim your account will be lost in space. If you want yo keep your number you will have to call CS.
