Help the 3g is not working on my phone , i have reset my network settings but it has not helped , anyone know what to do ????

Are you in an area where u are supposed to get 3G cos I am and I don't get it. O2 very poor wont be going with them again and will be moving all our company phones away from them.

In a 15min conversation my call dropped 5 times today. The other person was driving but they had full signal an mine was showing with 3.

try turning 3g off & using 2g as the signal will be better plus do you have the right apn setting idata.02.co.uk or mobile.o2.co.uk
