can someone help with this problem please: my daughter has an old iphone 3g which will not log on to her home wifi. It sees the wifi and a tick comes up and then disappears after 2 seconds, it is not on o2 but on T-mobile. I did a hard reset on it and instead of an apple coming up it was a pineapple!

Sounds like a jailbroken handset that is the usual boot screen for them
and that has been known to cause wifi issues http://www.iphonefaq.org/archives/97720

Thanks Adam. I realised it had been jailbroken when the pineapple came up. Is there any thing that can put it right apart from buying a new one. I am new to this and not as knowlegable as MFI but then what can you expect from a duff furniture maker!

It's not important as long as you get the help you need.
