Hi there

Opened the box today of my shiny new iphone 12 mini and it isn't responding at all to screen touch. Can't swipe up, right, or anywhere. Just ignores me and therefore I can't set up my phone.

Any tips? Just read on another site this may be a wider issue than just me.

Just seen some advice on another site that plugging the device into a wall charger might help. Didn't.

Sounds like you have faulty phone, unfortunately this does happen , and is known as a dead on arrival device

I would call Customer Services, details are below:
Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
