ipad pro (2020) 12.9 inch out of stockk but website says it isnt

i was expecting my parcel to arrive today and ive just received a text saying its out of stock. i ordered it when it was in stock and i also ordered the more expensive version because i didnt want to wait 6 week for it to arrive. the website still says its instock. does anyone know typically how long i'd have to wait the text doesnt say anything about a time frame so... any information will be appreciated. thanks

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Good luck, I’ve been waiting since December 1st last year, nobody that I’ve contacted has been helpful or willing to do more than the copy and paste answer “you’ll get a text when it’s dispatched” could be waiting for months. There will be a new iPad out by the time we get them!
