iPhone suddenly not receiving OTP short code texts

Hi, I have suddenly had a problem with reciving short code texts. One from my bank (RBS ) and from Paypal. I saw that someone else had an issue a few days ago. Can anyone help? 

I've cleared all my blocked numbers so it's not that thats casuing it)

Try clearing your message app cache to see if it helps as someone else with the same problem found they suddenly started coming through.

Also check the tips here Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) and see if a reboot helps?

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
