Any suggestions what I should do to contact O2 at this time of night? Despite saying the business desk is open until 9.00pm (it is 8.25pm) the phone lines are closed and tge wen chat doesn't work (again). I would try and ring on my business phone but it's not working!
You could try calling customer services on 202 as they are open until 9 maybe they could put you through to the business side of things but they shouldn't be closed are you calling 8002?
