iPhone locked

Hi

my iPhone is less than 3 months old, but when I tried to charge the iTunes screen comes up and I can't switch it on or use it.

any ideas?

Try a reset by holding the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time. You can also try a full restore via iTunes. If all else fails, book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store & they will most likely swap for a new phone as it's still in warranty

Might be because you have the 7 so you'd have more experience of that model & the workings for that while I currently have the 6s

Sounds like it's in recovery mode.

Connect it to iTunes and do a restore.
