My phone won't charge when plugged in unless I fiddle with it for ages...and ages! What is the best way to fix it. The same happened with my last iPhone. I have ages left on my contract.

Have you tried a different cable?
I’m forever buying new cables due to them being damaged.

Try cleaning the port or a different cable that fits
