Hi all,
I've got an iPhone 6s Plus on the £59 per month tariff that includes insurance and the free upgrade/trade in to upgrade to the newest iPhone when it's released.
Nopw that it seems that Apple are about to released the iPhone 5SE where do I stand with that?
I don't want one of those, I want an iPhone 7 when that comes out, will I be forced to renew/upgrade onto the SE or miss out on my "free" upgrade?
Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous If you are on Refresh you will need to pay off the device plan. Have a look at this guide
You can do this at anytime and are not committed to buy any particular device in the meantime
Edited to ask if you bought the phone from O2, Apple or another outlet?

You won't miss out by waiting for the iphone 7, you will still get the free to upgrade offer.

Thanks guys, I'm on this...
I guess if I had looked there first I would have got my answer as it says "after 12 months"
Sorry, I didn't think it would be that easy to get an answer!

Yes I thought it was Refresh and see it is the 30Gb tariff...There you go...12 months..(though you could still pay it earlier if you wished to) but no problems for you wanting the iPhone 7

I wonder why you wouldn't want the latest iphone release, I'm sure they will be coach party trips to all the Apple stores......

Yes it does say ...
O2 Refresh splits your Pay Monthly bill into two parts. The Device Plan is the cost of your phone or tablet, and Airtime Plan is the cost of your data, texts and minutes. Just trade in your existing phone after 12 months on our 30GB tariff, and we'll pay off your remaining Device Plan. So you'll have the freedom to get that new phone when you want it.
This would take the op up to the iPhone 7....
