Hey, I have been told by friends, to contact O2. As my iPhone XS battery health isn’t very good. I got my iPhone back in 15th October 2018. I have another year on it. But one charge doesn’t last me a full day anymore. How can I get this sorted out. I have my iPhone insured by O2.

@Susan29319

I'd start with Apple for a diagnostice check https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

If you need to claim on insurance, help is here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Additional advice from Apple @Susan29319

iPhone Owners

Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers a battery service. Prices and terms may vary.

As above, get Apple to run a diagnostic check first.

They will fix it free if found to be faulty.
